"We have stayed here many times. This time we were very disappointed. The check in process was rude and very impersonal as Brittany was NOT who the property should have you meet on arrival. Also I had left my bathing suit on our prior stay, and was told by the manager, the day we left when I first realiozed I had left it, that they retrieved it and head of security would keep it for me.
