We arrived Easter morning and the kids did an Easter egg hunt and took pictures with the Easter bunny. The pool was a perfect temperature for the cold weather and both the hot tub and pool were clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean and the kids loved the space theme. I definitely recommend if you plan on visiting Epic it is close to the park. They had a good food selection too. I definitely will book a stay at Terra Luna again!

Great room, the staff was super accommodating, ac was good and solid for my melting Canadian self. didn't get to try the food, and don't drink do didn't use the bar, pool was nice, even a cool little arcade, and a pretty nice fitness area.

Great customer service and cleanliness. Great for Universal experiences with shuttling to and from parks. The only negative would be potential wait times for food from cafe area during busy times. During our stay there were multiple large high school groups that were clearly hungry and the line and wait times made it hard to get food at night.

It’s a no frills stay. The beds weren’t the most comfortable but sufficed. The sheets were rather rough and the top cover was super thin. We mostly chose to stay here because it was relatively cheap compared to the other resorts and we wanted the park shuttle service. One annoying thing was when we went to check out, they claimed we had purchased WiFi for nearly $30 on a day we weren’t even checked in for. Thankfully they waived it

The location to epic and the early admission to universal studios was a plus plus. I think having a movie screen in the pool area would enhance the experience. Loved the front desk service. Soleil was so knowledgeable and friendly. I would stay here again for my next trip!
