The room was clean, and smelled clean as well. The grounds were well kept and daily you would see staff everywhere working cleaning rooms, the property and all public areas. Staff were just so friendly and helpful. As a group of women, we did feel safe coming and going from our end of the resort to the restaurant and lobby. Our only issue was that another guest stole our door dash order, but driver chased the person down and got our food back. The driver did not follow hotel rules by coming directly into lobby and did not ask for a pin. This was a very special trip and the staff were amazing.

Every thing was perfect. We had a problem with the air conditioning and they respond immediately, gave us another room with an upgraded view and gave us a boucher for a 4 party lunch. The room was clean, the amenities at the pool for the kids were very nice, the access to all parks and hotels of Disney were easy from our hotel. Very nice vacations and memories with my kids. I’m a regular guy that doesn’t do reviews but if you’re planing a trip this is the perfect place. not crazy over priced. The skyliner is a must for Hollywood studios and Epcot and the buses for magic kingdom and Animal kingdom is easy way to get there. It was just me and my wife and had a wonderful time. Ps use Mears transportation From airport to Resort and back to airport. Worked out perfect!

The property was great. We could of stayed there the whole day my kid was so content with it. I wish the beds were more comfortable. They aren't bad, just aren't great either and after everything we did a nicer bed would of been the perfect place to come back too! Would stay again though

This was the trip of a lifetime--not only because we visited the Disney World theme parks, but when we got back to the hotel, the pool was open until 11PM and there were always activities for the kids to do throughout the day. We had "pool parties" with music and pool games, we enjoyed a movie "under the stars," and more! There are three pools and my kids wanted to swim in all of them. Our favorite is the "Nemo pool" because of the bar and snacks. Disney's Sky-liner is on the property. The Sky-liner takes you to Epcot or Hollywood Studios. Buses are readily available for Disney Springs, Animal Kingdom and Magic Kingdom. I highly recommend this resort ! 5/5

This was my first time at Arts & Animation and I will definetly be coming back! I love the design and decor. I love how clean it was and how it was so easy to get around and transportation available to the theme parks.

Very nice for families. We always stay at the Little Mermaid 1st floor rooms, the rooms are showing a little age but we like the new Amazon echo feature, “hey Disney, order room items…,” and you can receive linens and towels for example from housekeeping. The grounds and pools are immaculate. We’re excited to hear that the Little Mermaid rooms will receive renovation sometime in the coming years! We’ll be going for years to come to the AoA!
