Loved how close in proximity the hotel was to Universal, I really appreciated the shuttle that they offered to take you closest to city walk to get into the parks and the bus was right on time! Would definitely stay again!

The room was clean, but the shower could use some updates. It is super convenient to theme park and they have a shuttle service to take you to the park as well.

Great location and the rooms are basic but very clean and have a huge tv. The pool area is good and i wiuld recommend the breakfast buffet well worth including in your room rate. Very close to universal.
