Everything was clean and nice my family really enjoyed this house .the only problem we had was that elite home workers was checking the house every other day not knowing that someone was home and walking straight in ,How Rude.

Great experience

Overall this place was great. Our AC went out in the middle of the night and we were able to connect with someone within 5 minutes. Maintenance arrived first thing in the morning and fixed the AC. Place was clean and pool was awesome. Would definetly recommend.

4 bedroom house nesr Orlando with a pool

Had some trouble finding the office when we did arrive was given a code for the door and had to drive another 25 min to the house not sure why the code couldn't just been emailed to me. The house was dated but clean, the kitchen things were lacking what they had was some utensils and one pan. Went and bought our own stuff for the week like an extra pan. Also issue with the plumbing got there on Sundayand 4 hornet nests above the door and called Monday about a tub no draining they came on Tuesday which was an issue with trying to get the kids in and out of the house with hornets. But the house it's self was clean but dated. The pool was ideal with young children. Outside of the hornets and the plumbing no other issues would use them again.

Pool House

good location, a little confusing on everything needed for check-in. House was nice, ok on cleanliness (urine on floor around toilets) Back door sliding window would not lock. But overall it was decent.

Pictures are lies

I signed up for a home and got a town house. What happened to the picture? I was promised a pool at the house. What happened? I am not comfortable with this. I could have stayed at the Reunion resort and been better off. To get here was traffic. The townhouse is cramped. Nothing like the pictures. WHAT HAPPENED?

The stay was very horrible the house needs a major upgrade requiring it's appliances also the company elite homes needs to do way better with there communication with their guest also there customer service is very horrible

Family vacation

Our family vacation was wonderful! The home was lovely, clean and comfy, everything we needed was provided. The location was great, beautiful and close to Disney Our children loved the pool and game room. It felt like a home away from home a true blessing! We will absolutely be back for our next family vacation.

Great minutes away from shopping

The experience was great. Changed travel dates but we were not informed that we would incur a short stay charge. So for future reference there is a short stay fee for less than six nights.

The whole experience was one of my worst hotel stays ever. The key pick up was unbelievably complicated and it felt like a treasure hunt not what should be a routine check in The appliances are in bad conditions especially washer and dryer Barely any appliances, utensils or dishes supplied in the kitchen The pictures don't match the unit what so ever the cleanness of the unit was bad with no daily cleaning services bed are uncomfortable we were kicked out at 10 am in the morning with no previous notice and in an extremely rude way defiantly never again and I absolutely recommend against it

So Worth It

The place at Venetian Bay, Kissimmee was a perfect fit for our family of 6. It had 4 bedrooms with 3 full baths. The description of the place was downplayed and because of the complaints we've read from previous comments, we almost cancelled our reservations. We're glad that we didn't. House was safe, well-cared for, and even if the main office was a few minutes away, instructions were clear and easy to follow. It was great value for the price we got from Expedia. Either the previous reviews helped them better their services or the complaints were from unusually demanding clients. For whatever reason, Florida Elite Homes & Villas gave us an awesome place to stay.

Tvs are too old . Plus remote don't work .

The place was pretty nice , with the exception of the TV sets . 3 bdr apartment with old old TV makes no sense .

Gated Community and pleasant.

House is located in a gated community which is a plus, and is kept clean and and comfortable. Amenities include a private pool, which is not huge, but decently sized for families. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean and tidy, and everything was exemplary. My only grudge was that a game room was advertised, but when we arrived at our rental property we found it to be locked away. When we asked the company about it, we were informed that some houses were being renovated and such, and sadly ours was one. I wish I had been informed of this earlier as that was one of the primary reasons we chose this rental. Aside from that, our stay was pleasant and I would do it again.

Great but it would've been better

First they gave us a different house, not from the picture as advertised. That was very disappointed. We were told that they dont give the house advertised. We were expecting the house with the pool with lake view instead they gave us a house with back neighbors watching us all the time from their second floor, no privacy. Gym really old machines. Neighborhood excellent, house very clean, pool very clean and nice. Wifi not very strong signal, cable excellent, we had to open garage manually and it was making a lot of noise. House very close to all posible entertainment, shopping, dinner and groceries.

Beautiful family vacation

I was there with my husband daughter and niece and we had a great time! The kids enjoyed the pool and I enjoyed my family!! Couldn't have asked for anything more!! Well maybe just a shuttle to the parks!!

Liked it but won't go back

It was a very nice house we rented and had a private pool and a warm tub (never got hot even after paying the fee) was about 10 minutes to Disney which was nice. The thing we didn't like was all the hidden fees. To have a grill is 50$ for the week. To have the hot tub heated was 25$/day and it never actually got hot. If you lose a towel it's a 10$ charge(we brought our own) if you don't wash all the towels there is a 25$ fee. The list goes on and on. The maintainer people were very helpful and nice. We couldn't use the game room because the foosball table was broke and we didn't want to get charged. There was no wifi because nobody knew the password to the network. But other than that it was a good stay and place to go to relax :) also don't forget the 105$ cleaning charge for when you leave and sometimes a 300$ deposit incase you break stuff
