The room has a lot of moisture in it, the rooms are outdated, our room had trash in it from the person stayed there before, but the staff is exceptional, Orlando at the breakfast was awesome and the young lady at the front desk, was the sweetest wish I remembered her name.

The smell in the elevator was really bad. The TV in my room didn't work. Off line all the time. Good things clean, very courteous staff. Convenient , breakfast was ok. Good for the price.

The room was clean, but as soon as we entered, there was a strong musty smell. The receptionist had a very bad attitude and was not friendly at all. When we woke up the next morning, the entire room was damp, the furniture was wet, and the floor was slippery. As for the kitchen staff, they were very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was pleasant and good for the price of the hotel.

No shower curtain when called front desk had to wait for next day to get one. Received a broken shower curtain. Bathroom door broken wood chipped and door to room have to hit with hip to open always stuck. Toilet clogs . That what I get for the prize only good thing is closed to the parks

It was in a nice location, easy to get around and only a block from international drive. We were going to Halloween Horror Nights and that parking was only 2 miles away. There was minimal noise and the room was clean. When we were waiting to check in, there was a guest getting upset and a little loud with the receptionist, but she handled it professionally. We will stay here again.

They had no microwave in the room..had to walk all the way to the lobby to heat my food from the third floor..how horrible that was n also they didn’t clean the room after our first check out..room was still dirty when we came back n most of their elevators were broken,had to climb up n down the stairs..it was horrible
