"If you are going to Universal this is a great spot to be. We booked this hotel due to it being so close we could walk. But when checking in, they let us know there was a shuttle to take you to and from the parks. They also have car rental here. If i would have known I would've gotten it here instead of the airport. "On the 1st night we arrived everything seemed ok. Next morning we're wondering why my husband was sneezing a lot. It's because the bathroom and the vanity area had black mold on the corners of the ceiling and in the bathroom area as well. The bathroom fan wasn't even working either. They switched our room right away. But it is truly an inconvenience for us and anyone else who has to go through this as well. "The room had paint chips in the wall and in the bathroom. When I first checked in, I was told that I could only have a room with double beds, instead of the king that I booked because I had a service animal. When I told him there's nothing about that on the website, I was told you'll get what I say you can get. Not very good staff.The pool is small and the place just looks run down"

"El desayuno bueno, para los niños hacen pancakes frescos al momento durante el horario del desayuno (buffet) los pancakes son de dos sabores diariamente.
