Everything was excellent. But im a lover of plants and the 2 pots at the entrance has two beautiful plants that needed water and i did water it. Instantly it looked so beautiful . Can you please get someone to give it water daily. Thank you so much. I hope to visit again soon

Staff are amazing (special mention to Christian, night shift). Very good breakfast. Staff very kind and helpful. Carpets need a little bit of cleaning. Sheets should be ironed or something like that. Otherwise it looks like they have never been replaced. A little bit of additional cleaning or replacement of the carpets wouldn't hurt. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and I recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was phenomenal. It was by far the best breakfast availability. Lots of variety and selections. Hotel was clean-ish. Staff was helpful and friendly. Wish there was 2 staff on for faster check in. But not a huge issue. Not impressed one bit with having to pay to park there. I see this is becoming the new norm and think it is absolutely disgusting to charge people to park with a booking. Guess I missed the fine print after 15 hrs in the car and wanting to break for the night that said parking was additional.

Our room was very neat and clean. The staff was very helpful and even let us check in early for a fee. The location is close enough to Disney but also to other things as well. The free breakfast was fresh and delicious. The carpet was a little outdated, but wasn't bothersome to me. I will definitely stay here again!!
