Cons:
Upon check-in, the room was dirty . The staff changed our room, but the new one was even dirtier. We discovered a trash pin containing trash and dirty diapers.
The kitchen, which was supposed to be fully equipped, only had a microwave without cooktop/stove so no way to cook.
We were on the fourth floor, and the water pressure was extremely low during the morning and night. We complained about the lack of water, but the staff claimed that everyone was using it.
The breakfast area was overcrowded, with long lines for breakfast. Many times, the breakfast was cold, and some items were not refilled after being eaten. It was difficult to find a breakfast table.
The theme park shuttle was useless. Leaves the hotel late after it opened and returns back early. We didn’t use it.
Pros:
The location was good.
Some breakfast items were good, and the eggs were actual eggs.
Coffee was available and free all the time.
The pool temperature was excellent at 91 degrees and clean.
