A casa é excelente mas o condomínio decepcionante. Na verdade não tem condomínio e sim uma rua que no final tem uma piscina muito pequena e em obras. Tem muitas casas construindo então o barulho de caminhão e o tráfego de funcionários de obra é o tempo todo. Portanto segurança zero pois o portão fica aberto o dia todo. Chegamos à noite e ficamos assustados com a condição do condomínio.

Estuvo bien la casa, bien limpia! Tenia detalles muy pequeños x ejemplo las sillas de la cocina estaban dañadas en la base, las puertas de cristal de los baños no cerraba!! Llame para reportar el aire acondicionado que no enfriaba lo suficiente y nunca lo repararon!! En general si me gusto la casa y bastante cómoda! Son detalles q se puede corregir Ahh otro detalle es la basura, deberían avisar de cerrarla con el candado, xq los racum la abren con facilidad y dejan un desastre

Would Stay Again!

My party of 4 adults stayed in the property for 4 nights in July 2019. We found the property to be just as shown in the pictures. We made good use of the patio area, grilling and relaxing in the pool most evenings which was awesome. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. I would recommend bring extra towels and bedding unless you plan to do laundry often. The rental only has a what is available on the bed or in the bath....no extras. I would also recommend stopping by the Dollar Tree to purchase kitchen supplies such as dish towels as none are available. The rental has some wear to it....stained carpets, loose handrail on the stairs, loose tissue holders, loose electric plugs and detached light in the pool. I didn't personally find any of these thing completely uncomfortable but just be aware. We did have a small problem with ants in the kitchen....quick trip to Dollar Tree helped with this as well. Also, there is construction on additional units, so it is a bit noisy in the mornings. I would recommend to the property owners to install security just as a precaution. Finally, the garage was not accessible to us so parking 2 cars was a challenge in the single driveway. Again, I don't think any of these items would prevent me from renting this unit again. We really enjoyed our stay.

I stayed here over 4 days in April and the pictures did it no justice. Pros Spacious Screened in Patio Personal Pool Personal BBQ Close to Grocery Store Cons Community fitness center and pool not finished Inability to choose your unit (Some back up to a commercial area some back up to the woods) Patio area is private but you can hear your neighbor if they are outside at the same time. No plastic items provide to use in the pool patio area to help adhere to the no glass in the pool patio area rule. :) Having to pay for Propane in the outside grill. It should be included at no cost. All being said I look forward to visiting this rental again.

the location was horrible, our backyard view was a constant stream of walmart delivery trucks. The protocol for trash is to put it in a box outside your front door. Raccoons were digging in it each night, not a good system at all. The unit was clean and modern, although missing many useful things; only 1 trashbag was provided. A broom, washcloths, extra towels would have been nice. The garage door didn't work so we weren't able to access that at all. The whole place is under construction so it was quite noisy and busy with workers and work trucks everywhere - the opposite of relaxing getaway

Casa nova, porém o que nos decepcionou foi o atendimento e o serviço de limpeza. Ao chegar na casa a senha de porta não funcionou e tivemos que entrar em contato para altera-la. Ao entrar na casa constatamos que a garagem (estacionamento) estava com problema e já reportamos o condomínio. Pagamos para aquecer a piscina e no outro dia a mesma desligou e não estava aquecendo. Fiz o contato com a central novamente (com o meu Celular, pois o fone da casa não funcionava). Péssimo atendimento na central, informações erradas, enfim o técnico foi até a casa enquanto estávamos passeando e a deixou funcionando novamente. No outro dia quando retornamos da Disney encontramos a porta da piscina que dá acesso a area externa da casa (casa de maquinas) aberta, com a piscina transbordando. Ficamos muito assustados com o ocorrido e depois verificamos que alguém entrou e ligou a mangueira de agua fria e a colocou em nossa piscina fazendo que a mesma transbordasse e ficasse gelada. Muita sacanagem!!!!! Depois disso não utilizamos mais a piscina, que estava suja e com uma lâmpada solta no fundo (fios expostos). Total insegurança neste condomínio, ja vim varias vezes para a região e nunca passamos por isso. Além disso, encontramos sujeira na area da piscina (bituca de cigarro), embaixo do sofa (pipocas) e colchão com mal cheiro (xixi).

My 5 night stay experience at Le Reve Orlando was horrible. My wife and my belongings were taken and thrown away from the cleaning crew, because the management team did not let them know that we extended our stay. Went out for the day and came back to everything missing and gone. Took us 4 hours of talking and telling them that I was going to report our missing belongings to the police before management was able to locate of our belongings. After receiving them, we checked and my wife's makeup bag, makeup, and brush (worth $150) were gone. Contacted them about it and was told that everything was given back to us and they didn't have it. On top of this, the hot water was not working and one of the bedroom did not have power until our last night. This place is a newly built place and we thought it will be a good experience to stay here, but never again will we want to stay here. We were expecting a nice and enjoyable time, but turned out to be a nightmare for us. If you decide to stay here, please be aware of things breaking and your belongings being taken from you.

Total falta de segurança

A casa especificamente é excelente, as áreas comuns do condomínio ainda não foram entregues e pra mim foi uma surpresa muito ruim pois meu marido precisava de academia para realizar exercícios de reabilitação. O portão do condomínio fica sempre aberto (dia, noite e madrugada) para quem quiser entrar, o que traz muita insegurança. Infelizmente fui muito mal atendida pelo IGOR da VHC. Não recomendo!
