They forgot to tell us gate code, villa number and door passcode, so we lost almost 30min figuring it out with the clubhouse personnel who did not know anything about this info (after speaking to 2 persons they discovered the name of the owners so they could give us a number to call). Internet at the villa was on and off. There were no floor towels for the bathrooms. Leaving that aside, out stay was very comfortable and would come back again.

We rented a 4 bedroom and it was surprisingly tooo big for us. The accommodations were extremely clean and spacious. It offered every amenity possible. The pool area and grounds were beautiful and appreciated the manicured landscaping. This place EXCEEDED our expectations. Great job!! Easy to reserve, easy to get in and out. Ridiculously close to ALLLLL Disney Parks.

A Great Place to Stay to See Mickey Mouse!

I was at the Lucaya Resort in my mandatory evacuation from Hurricane Irma (I live about 150 yards from Sarasota Bay), but I promised myself I would go back the next time I'm intending to see Disney World. Gracious and friendly staff and a really pretty condo. I stayed at a 3 bedroom 2 bath condominium with a full that was well maintained. I loved the convenient check-in system that was used by Lucaya and everything about my stay. True, I lost power due to the hurricane, but that was not the fault of the resort. I recommend this location if you will be in the Orlando resort area -- particularly if much of your time will be in Disney World.

The reason why i didnt rate this town house Excellent- because I had a hard time locating this place. Google maps had you going around in circles. There are two places with similar names, which cause confusion of the address. And there was no direct number or representive to get help. The rooms were nice and the place was clean.

Don't go here unless you want to be disappointed

FIrst off our ac wasn't working. When we went to the front office all they could say was they weren't responsible for anything in the rooms. Then we didn't have any towels at all. It took us almost 2 days into our vacation just to get in touch with funquest management. The service is horrible. I wouldn't recommend it at all. Also they only have 1 remote to control four tvs. Which is insane might I add. The cleanlines I give it three stars. the location 4 stars. As far as quality of service I would give it a zero for poor service . Nobody In the office is responsible for anything so don't go to them for help . When we stayed last year it was much better . Something changed because this year was atrocious across the board.

The worst

I think was horrible. Refrigerator was not working reported it and to no avail. Lost my groceries I purchase upon arrival. The eve before I left best buy showed up with a new refrigerator we were never informed of the delivery. Heard a new Knocking at night was not expecting anyone only to learn it was best buy making a delivery.

Very good

Booked through a Fun Quest Vacation. The good ...Stayed here in May 2017. Three adults two kids lots of space in the three bedrooms with two bathrooms. Very clean had washer/dryer with full kitchen and nice dining table. Very close to Walmart, Publix and general attractions like old town, flea markets and the parks watch out for the traffic. The beds were comfortable with lots of covers and towels. Each bedroom had a tv but had trouble with one as it had the wrong remote. Very friendly people at the club house. They charge 25 cents to print a page not bad if you're not printing a lot and just need e-tickets or a boarding pass. There was a big pool with a hot tub and a small gym at the club house. The place both inside and out was very quiet. The bad .. I had to keep calling Fun Quest Vacation to get directions and access code for the front gate and the condo. The people at the club house / front desk has nothing to do with your booking. The guy at Fun Quest eventually sent me the info on text about 2 hours before I arrived. Good thing my phone had roaming as I was traveling from overseas to Orlando. Except for the very late information on the condo all others things went good. I would recommend Lucaya.

mudaram nos de condomĆ­nio erro Expedia.

Gostaria de deixar por escrito o ocorrido comigo e minha famĆ­lia. Fiz a reserva, paguei e liguei 2 vezes para o Expedia para confirmar se estava tudo ok e se eu precisaria apresentar mais algum documento na portaria do condomĆ­nio. O mesmo disse que era apenas o voucher do itinerĆ”rio e que estava tudo ok. Porem chegando lĆ” no endereƧo mencionado no voucher nĆ£o achavam a nossa reserva neste condomĆ­nio e que tambĆ©m que precisarĆ­amos de uma senha para poder entrar. Ao ligar no Expedia, descobri que eles nĆ£o haviam me enviado estes dados que eram de extrema importĆ¢ncia para que nĆ£o tivĆ©ssemos este problema e alĆ©m disso quando mandaram a senha veio com um endereƧo totalmente diferente inclusive o nome do condomĆ­nio era em outro lugar a aproximadamente 10 minutos de distancia do que havia no voucher. (ficamos hospedados no Villas At Seven Dwarfs) !!!!!!!! Ou seja, chegando lĆ” nos mandaram para outro condomĆ­nio no qual nĆ£o contratamos. Extremamente desagradĆ”vel o que ocorreu!!! Este tipo de problema nĆ£o pode acontecer novamente. Chegamos cansados da viagem e passar por tudo isso!!!! E ainda nĆ£o ficar no condomĆ­nio que reservei !!!! InaceitĆ”vel.

Great place for familes.

We really enjoyed staying here. We stayed in a 3 bedroom condo. We are a family with two teenagers. It was great because there was plenty of space for us to spread out. The unit was very clean and home-like. We also spent time at the pool and it was great too. We did not arrive until midnight but received the gate access code and code to the unit in an email the day before. Keep in mind that unlike a hotel you will need to buy things like toilet paper. paper towels, dish detergent and laundry detergent. They do provide towels, but there is no cleaning service while guests are there.

Great Location. Close to a lot of activities

Gated townhouse complex. Felt very safe. Shared facilities were clean (clubhouse, pool and hot tub). Games room in club house did not have any working xbox games so bring your own if you intend to use the xbox. The unit I rented (2105) was very clean and included all the basic amenities. Full kitchen with pots, pans and dishes. Walmart was close (1mile) so I was able to stock up on groceries (stayed for 1 week). Items not included (dishwashing soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper, shower soap) so bring your own. Bed in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable. I suggest a new mattress. Wifi was slow at times and other times did not connect at all. 2 of the 3 TVs on the upper level (bedrooms) was not working. The check in procedure could have been communicated better (either by expedia or the property manager). I was unaware that I would be getting an email on the day of my check in which includes the gate code, door code and wifi password. For people traveling from out of country (like me) and don't have a data plan or access to their emails on the date of travel, this could be frustrating. I suggest travellers be made aware that they need to check their emails ON THE DAY OF CHECK-IN when they book their stay. I would definitely stay here again as the location can't be beat but recommend more clarity to the check in procedure and an upgraded mattress (for unit 2105)

Nice townhouse bud dirty linens.

We stayed at 2956 Lucayan Harbour Circle , from Tuesday August 30th,2016 to September 6th. The townhouse was good as I have stayed here but at other different units. The only problem is getting through with management is hit or miss. We arrived and the pillow cases and the bed sheet was not clean. I call and up to this day no one never called me back so we ended up buying our own sheets and pillow cases for the beds. The downstairs king size and upstairs queen size bed was very noisey. Overall the community is very quiet and very clean.

Was off the beaten path. But just close enough to main streets. Shops ans restaurants right down the block . Clean big rooms right near the pool! Great place to stay . Staff visible but little or no interactions ( good )

Gostamos muito da casa,ampla ,bem iluminada,equipado com os utensĆ­lios necessĆ”rios para o preparo rĆ”pido das refeiƧƵes.O Ćŗnico incomodo foi que sĆ³ chegar me deparei com inĆŗmeros insetos caminhando pela casa ,sendo que tive acesso a outras casas que nĆ£o tinham o mesmo inseto !Falamos na recepĆ§Ć£o e o responsĆ”vel achou estranho pois nĆ£o Ć© o habitual ,em Orlando eu nunca vi insetos em qualquer lugar q me hospedei ,acredito que falte dedetizar a casa e isso mostra um certo descuido com o imĆ³vel ,tambĆ©m achei as toalhas gastas e nĆ£o encontrei a casa muito limpa no geral .O acesso ao imĆ³vel foi tranquilo ,recebemos a senha com antecedĆŖncia !

Dirty sheets, blankets

Got there early when the previous guest were leaving. Sat in my car while housekeeping came to clean the room. DID NOT CHANGE SHEETS ON ANY BEDS. Couldn't reach anyone by phone and the address that is listed is not there's. Emailed someone at customers service who stated that the sheets where changed before I arrived. I sat I in my car parked next to the man who cleaned the home and he didn't not come out with clean sheets. I went to the Walmart and purchased sleep bags and towels. Sheets and blankets had stains all over them. That's disgusting and not sanitary .
