"Room was clean, bed was comfy and needs were met. Toilet was loud. Bathrooms may need an update. Hot tub area looks run down and as usual no one enforces the children under 12 rule. Looking to relax….forget it. "

"We stayed here on a whim and because there was nothing available at Disney it being Christmas. It’s nice to be able to walk to two parks. Room was great. Price was comparable to the area. I was a little put off by the extra 50 bucks a day “resort fee” but it is what it is…I also had to pay for parking which was another 25 a day, I think, it may have been more. Parking is also limited and a hassle. I would definitely stay here again but without a car. Oh, park transportation is good too. Quick. The drivers drive a lot faster than the Disney busses. "

"Avoid staying at Universal resorts if possible. Stay at Disney resorts... the staff at Disney is 100 times more friendly than the staff at Universal.."
