My friends and I were really excited for the shared home experience. We booked one room with two full beds and a private bathroom. When we arrived they had booked us two separate rooms each with 1 bed and a private bathroom for us to share and said that our original booking which I had booked more than 30 days in advance was no longer available. They said they were giving us an upgrade. The rooms they put us into were children's rooms. One was Minnie & Mickey Mouse themed and the other one was Avengers. This did not feel like an upgrade since part of the reason we booked 1 room was because we were looking forward to spending as much time together as possible. 1 friend few in for the weekend. We were excited for a girls weekend and time away from the kids. But they seperated us and expected us to stay in childrens rooms. The property became non-responsive when I told them exactly what I just stated above. We waited over an hour for them to respond. When they didn't respond, we left. We informed them that this was not what we had booked and we would not be staying and that we would like a full refund since they could not accommodate our original booking . We did not receive a response for over 24 hours. We did not stay and now the property is fighting me on giving me a full refund. Not to mention they were quite a few issues with the property including a hazard when you first enter the front door. Parking was over four streets away. Do not walk away from this property, RUN!

The parking was NOT as specified via text to us as well as the host in room instructions. Had to park in overflow parking because parking went to in home management before guest. Pillows super flat. Carpets stained. Felt as an inconvenience. Kids living in home running around in underwear and was uncomfortable. Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. Older bedding sheets and comforter.

To begin with it is a shared house which was not really specified in the advertisement. The pool had so much algae growing in it that I refused to let my little 6 year old boy swim in it. The parking was horrible, not enough places and if you park in front of the house, you will be towed. However, the owner of the room we were in tried to help in every way they could, but I think they were also limited to what could or could not be done at the complex. They have a clubhouse but to use the pool there was an extra $40 fee. Needless to say, my little boy did not get to go swimming which is the main reason I chose the property. I will just stay in a hotel the next time rather than have to abide by all the rules.

Would not stay there again

Our room and bathroom was nice and clean except from a terrible carpet. They tell you to take off your shoes in the hall when you enter but after doing that once, and your white socks turns black, no more. No eating in the rooms are respected by none since there are stains and food remains on the carpet. The cleaners do a great job but visitors don't. The fridges are shared. They are really filthy, absolutely not a place you'd like to put your food. Otherwise a very nice place. But it has paper thin walls between the rooms so you really get to know your neighbors.

There was no garbage can in the room not enough towels or toilet paper. The dust under the bed was a disgusting amount. There was only 1 bathroom for like 8 rooms. The pool wasnt heated. My car got towed the first night. The bathroom door wouldn't unlock..someone took our space in the fridge...it wasn't pleasant

I booked this property and got a notification from Expedia that the hotel will send me the instruction how to check in 24 hours prior to check in. However, on the day that im going to check in around 10AM, I still didn't get any email or instruction how to check in. I have to call the property to ask how to do check in. poor communication. My room next to laundry room and it is very noisy in the morning like 6AM.
