This hotel has a great staff — they were very helpful and accommodating in every way. Although the rooms are a little worn out, they were very clean and smelled fresh. The property itself could use some updating, especially the hallways and common areas. Overall, this is a good, budget-friendly hotel 👍

The room had a humidifier in the corner but the room was extremely moist whoch definitely posed a smell. The bathrooms need a completely remodel, the paint was peeling off of the walls, just very old. The staff was amazing!

I stayed at the Quality Inn Hotel and overall the experience was acceptable. The hotel is in a very good location, close to major attractions, which is very convenient. The rooms are well equipped, although they do need a fresh coat of paint and some updates, especially the bathrooms, which require renovation. The water pressure in the shower is not the best and overall maintenance could be improved. However, the staff was very friendly and attentive throughout the stay, which made the experience more pleasant. Overall, it is a functional and well-located hotel, but it does need some improvements in maintenance and infrastructure

Breakfast was decent (Wish there was more seating options). Hotel to Universal was a plus! Rooms look to being the process of being updated - bathroom and tub are def a little out of date (loose fixtures) but otherwise clean and decent. The hallway carpeting is an odd choice.

On the + side: - The property is located close to downtown and is close to many attractions, dining options, and shopping. - The free breakfast is good. - Plenty of parking is available. On the - side: - The property is run down and needs to be upgraded and modernized. - There was a fishy odor in my room. I bought an air freshener to deal with it. The location is good for short stays.

Staff was friendly on property. Room was dirty and bath tub was very dirty. Mold on ceiling in bathroom, rusted door frames and touch up paint in room didn't match. A+ location, but rooms / bathrooms need to be updated and clean! No housekeeping service at all during my 5 night stay and had 2 bath towels...good I was traveling alone.

⭐ Very disappointing experience — although the staff was very kind I want to start by saying that the staff was very friendly, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the condition of the property made our experience extremely disappointing. The place was very dirty and poorly maintained. The bathroom was old, neglected, and had mold. We had to change rooms several times because the conditions were not acceptable. Some of the rooms had a very strong marijuana smell, which made the stay even more unpleasant; the rooms felt extremely dirty and poorly maintained. To make matters worse, the property is currently under construction and being renovated, with some rooms still being worked on. This made the overall experience even more uncomfortable. I truly appreciate that the staff was always polite and did their best to help us, but unfortunately, their kindness could not make up for the condition of the property. I would not recommend staying here at this time. I hope that once the renovations and improvements are completed, the cleanliness and maintenance will be significantly better, because the staff themselves were very nice.

Smooth Service and Great Location, but Room Maintenance Needs Attention ⭐️⭐️⭐️ This property offers excellent proximity to Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and surrounding restaurants, making it highly convenient for a theme park trip. The customer service is a clear highlight, with a super friendly staff and a check-in/check-out process that is both fast and seamless. However, there was a sudden discrepancy between the price quoted on Hotels.com and the final amount requested by the hotel at the desk—a frustrating inconsistency that required extra tracking on my part. The breakfast provided is decent but basic, featuring limited milk, round cereal flakes, pancakes, bread, and a limited selection of fruits. While the beds were fine and the lack of daily housekeeping wasn't an issue for me, the room amenities fell short; the toiletries and towels were of poor quality, the bathroom itself was not in good shape, and the TV channel selection was extremely limited. It is a solid, well-located choice for park access, but the management needs to align their third-party billing accuracy and invest in basic bathroom upgrades.
