Great location. The hotel is old and a little tired. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby.
Beautiful boutique hotel in downtown Winter Park. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking Park Street. Also the hotel is connected to a fantastic restaurant and pub. It’s a throwback to old Florida.
The air confitioning worked very well and it was very quiet.

This hotel was very charming and appealed to the history fan in me. Check-in was very easy and the location is great. My only complaint is that the communal iron and ironing board were in poor condition, which was surprising since you'd think the one pair of items that everyone has access to would be maintained well or replaced as needed.
We love these older boutique hotels and this one was wonderful and we had a balcony overlooking the park next to the train station and watched trains go by all day long it was charming!!!

It’s a very nice hotel it’s just old and the walls are thin . Could hear the man behind us snoring . The balcony side we stayed on nice bit came Monday morning new restaurant going up loud at 700 am . But overall nice time there .
This is a sweet, eccentric small hotel. It has a very 30's feel to it; you half expect to see Sidney Greenstreet sitting in a corner. Valet parking made it easy in a busy but excellent location. The bathrooms are tiny with no place to put anything and we never did get facecloths or hand towels, but we loved it nonetheless.
Perfect location. Lovely lobby. Very noisy. The trains are near and loud. The mattresses are hard as concrete.

Great location. But old, worn out rooms with no services.
The historic aspect was probably the best part of this hotel, it was much more fun than staying in a chain. The location was also great, loved being able to walk around the area, and having the park across the street was lovely.

The staff was wonderful! They checked us in early, carried our luggage for us and showed all about our room.
