"The pool was ok but the kids over ran the hot tub. There was no opportunity to relax because all the kids and tweens were hanging out in the hot tub. There was a sign that said no 13 and under but there was no enforcement."

"The room was not ready until 6:30 PM. We were traveling with elderly people and kids and had to wait around for two and a half hours. While the room was big enough (we paid for a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit), they did not provide shower gel, soap, or shampoo in the bathrooms. In the kitchen, the oven and cookware were dirty, and they didn't provide any coffee packs. There were also not enough towels; they only provided three pool towels for eight people. I don't recommend this place."

"Pools/sauna were great, as was the room. Breakfast was good until the last day when they only opened one breakfast room, instead of the usual 2 and then ran out of food. That was a disaster, but we scrounged what we could and then hung out at the pool."

"The property was nice. The room we had, king suite with fireworks view, was very nice. Everything around the resort was clean. Only suggestions I have for improvement would be, friendlier pool staff, check in process revamped (we checked in late and the staff seemed super tired, we were told we had to come back the next day to get a parking pass from guest services, upon getting the pass they tried to talk me into a timeshare. I eventually went to the timeshare presentation after being harrassed a million times and it was a complete joke. The timeshare presentation was supposed to be 60-90 minutes and we were there almost 3 hours with little children. When we told the staff we werent interested their attitudes became insane how they treated us, like we meant nothing to them as guests. But that doesn't mean I wouldn't stay here again, just means I wont be fooled into ever going to a presentation again. The resort has 7 pools around the area, my family only checked out the one near our building because the pools are so far apart, it would have been too much walking for my little ones. The biggest complaint I have about the property is the parking. Parking is free, great! But the hotel doesn't limit how many parking passes they give out (one guy got 4 passes while he was there) so there was never any parking close to where our building was and being handicapped, there were cars parked in handicapped parking that had no handicapped tags. The property said it wasn't their problem."

"The photos shown for the hotel were completely different from the actual conditions. The staff was rude, and it was very disappointing that my room was not serviced until the fourth day of my stay. The shuttle schedule was also extremely inconvenient, both in the morning and for the return trips. Overall, this was one of my worst experiences. "

"This hotel is good, the only problem the food is EXPENSIVE!!!!!! We stayed here for 7 days and we spent over 1700 just eating in the hotel.. I am a big fan of all inclusive hotels because I think that it’s they already make enough money with the costs of the stay why charge so much for food?? "
