The staff was courteous and friendly. There was construction going on so several floors were closed and it was noisy from 9am-6pm. Rooms are nice and spacious, beds comfy, the air/heat unit were loud in the rooms. It was either hot or freezing. It was a good stay and the food and cocktails are good. Pool and hot tub are beautiful.

Everything was 5 star. The only thing I didn’t like was getting nicked and dimed at $28 a night for parking. Hide the parking cost by raising the room cost if you need to. I wouldn’t feel like I was getting taken advantage of if you did that. Staff was top notch. Food at in house restaurant was excellent. Rooms were clean and comfortable.
