Older Property Needing Updates

This is an older property and the age really shows. The doors had staining and the office chair was ripped. Property definitely needs a lot of work. I booked this hotel due to the high guest rating (9.6/10) on Hotels.com and was deeply mistaken. I would not rate this property any higher than 5/10.

Wish we had a better experience--but we didnt.

The stay here would have been nice if we were given all that we booked. We booked a room for the night through hotels.com and it said right on there that this booking came with a free continental breakfast. There was NO breakfast at all. Also the rooms smelled like cigarettes and there were police all around the parking lot to the hotel next door. It was very noisy in our room and the AC unit was extremely loud while running so we had to turn it off and just sweat at night to be able to sleep. The bathroom tub was not up to par with us being comfortable enough to even shower. Thank goodness it was only overnight that we stayed here. Definitely wont be staying here again.

Mislead information on the reservation.

The hotel is old and offer very little comparing to all others in the area. They misleading information about free breakfast is on most hotels websites. There is no breakfast and you also pay extra 6 dollars for the service ( that is not provided)

Find and make other reservations

There were little ants crawling all over the room. I read another persons review thst said the same thing. The rooms are in bad shape. The sink was cracked in 5 pieces, broken. The toilet barely worked. I had to use the ice bucket to fill the tank, repeatedly. There is NO complimentary breakfast as advertised on their site. The bed was actually comfortable but the pillows, sheets, etc were filthy. Not the worst hotel I’ve stayed at but very close. Definitely would NOT recommend

The room smelled like mold, they advertise they have hbo but its only in the lobby, pool closes at 9 not 10 like advertised. Breakfast is gross, powdered orange drink and disgusting tasting waffles and stale bread. Its like a high class crack motel.

An instant favorite.

Check in was effortless. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I had mentioned a request and it was granted immediately, to my surprise. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable.

Not what I had hoped for

Not so good. Was looking for a quiet getaway for R&R and reflection. This was not it. First room, the door had a gap between the frame and door itself were insects could come in, no security chain, and couch was questionable. It made me feel uneasy. The front desk lady was nice and changed me to the room on the opposite side. It was better, but door still had somewhat of a gap. Placed a towel under it to remedy it. Microwave was a tad rusty and refrigerator was not cooling as it should. That first evening, people were outside drinking and being loud. Next day all day long, there were kids running up and down the hall and yelling. It gave me the impression that this is a motel where people actually live in. Staff was nice, but I would not recommend this place if you are looking for R&R and quiet time.

Hotel next to the Ghettos

Hotel is right next door to a rundown apartment complex where loud music and disturbing the neighbors is the norm. This atmosphere has rolled over into the hotel. People hanging off the the catwalks. Shoutung and blasting music. No regard to others. Felt like I was in the ghettos, which is not what online says about this place. My family and I checked out literally within hours of checking in due to Front desk refused to answer phone when I called, multiple times, and the noise just got worse and worse. Not a place for any respectable families.
