Horrible tuvimos que dormir toda una noche en el vehículo, ya que no había nadie en el hotel a nuestra llegada y llamamos antes y no contestaban.

Room had a weird smell. Only 1 towel in the room. Window did not lock. Shower handle came off in my hand when i took a shower.

The online pictures of the building outside are deceiving. Inside the rooms are not only dirty and shabby but also unsafe. There were no smoke alarms on the walls in either room we were in. The door in the second room would not fully latch without applying a lot of pressure, even then it could be pushed open from outside. There was no inside security latch. We wound up pushing the dresser up against the door overnight. This was the third time we asked the manager to relocate us. The first time the room not only smelled musty and mildewy but also the sheets on the bed looked used and there was a used condom in the wastebasket! The manager didn't seem to grasp the horror of finding this in our room. The second room she showed us stunk of cigarette smoke. She was visibly unhappy about it but took us to a third room. It smelled better and there was no condom so we accepted. It wasn't until later that the problem with the door was discovered. We were in town for a short time to visit friends, it was late in the day. The situation forced us to accept the normally unacceptable. We went to a family dollar store that night after the visit with our friends and bought pillows and bedding to put on the beds. We didn't use the towels and wore our shoes when walking on the floor. I didn't even want to know what the smears and splatters on the bathroom walls were! Words are inadequate to describe how completely disgusting this place was. I've actually run out of space here to describe it.

Unno Boutique Motel is anything but boutique. The room was rundown, not clean, and smelled of smoke. The door barely closed properly. Service? Let’s just say communication wasn’t a strong point. We only had a one night stay so we dealt with it, but would avoid this place in the future. There are much better choices nearby. The only “boutique” part was the name.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was clean, the room was comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. Overall a great place to stay in Orlando. I would definitely come back.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. What really stood out to me was the great value for the price. You get excellent service and very good accommodations without paying expensive rates. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent stay! The hotel has a perfect location, which made everything very convenient. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. What really made the difference was the service — the staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Overall it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the location was convenient. Check-in was quick and the staff was friendly and helpful. The A/C worked great and the hot water had good pressure. Overall a simple, comfortable place to stay and a good value for the price. I would definitely stay here again.

Place is discussing, smoke detector broken, smelly, bathtub broken, roaches, spiderwebs, no blanket, dirty bedsheets. People drinking and smoking weed outside until 3am. No phone in the room. I don’t understand how that place is still open. Not a family environment at all
