"I only stayed here for two nights on business, so i didn't make use of much but it was clean and comfortable."

"Was in town for an event. The room itself wasn’t too bad, a bit outdated, but not horrible. However, we were not informed our room would have 2 doors connected to them, with other guests staying in those rooms. Doors could be unlocked from either side at any time, allowing just anybody into your room. If you’re staying in the tower, be prepared for rain. It rained one day of our stay and the room started to flood (Floor 11, Room 11126). Had to use all of our towels to soak up the water. We attempted to call the front desk 5x with no answer, and never got any more towels. AC was cold when we got there but the room became very hot on our 2nd & 3rd day of the stay. This is my 2nd time staying at a “resort” style hotel in Orlando, and they are not very “resort” like. Spend the bit of extra money and stay somewhere more comfortable."

"This is an utilitarian, functional place to stay. Nothing more. Rooms were outdated with plumbing issues. Terrible beds and pillows."

"We arrived at the property to get our room. We were given the first room and we found lots of scuff marks on the walls dirty sheets in the beds and dirty furniture weird liquid on the lamps. We went down stairs and let the room manager know we were given another room and found more of the same in the next room but added was food in the beds. So we went down and talk for the manager face to face this time about the room and he said he would be reluctant to give us a third room without inspections it first, and he told me that he would let me know when it would be available. We waited over an hour so I went to the manager again to ask the status and he immediately came up with keys which means it was ready long before he came up with keys. We went up to the room and again found more of the same so I called down and was told that someone from house keeping would be up along with a member of management. Jordi and a supervisor of housekeeping neither one of them cared saying that the room was clean and so was the sheets and to either deal with it or leave. I told him that if this was my house and he immediately said “I wouldn’t go to your house” I ignored the rude comment and said you would expect your room to have clean sheets don’t you think. Again didn’t care I asked to have a higher up manager call me and he said the hotel manager wasn’t available and didn’t know who would be available. Later he said that the highest guest facing manager would reach out soon. We arrived at 4pm"

"My fiancé and I found this hotel last year and love to book here. Everyone is so nice. Check in is super quick. The rooms are clean and home like."
