Universal's Cabana Bay Beach Resort

Marriott's Grande Vista
The front desk staff was not friendly. I expressed I wasn’t satisfied with my stay and she said she was sorry to hear that and didn’t ask for suggestions as to improvement. Orlando International Drive North Hotel
The staff were so kind and helpful. The room was clean. Pool area is very nice. Definitely recommend taking the free theme park shuttle if you are going to Universal or Epic… however, not if you are going to Epcot!
