"Everything was wonderful airport shuttle was quick and polite, rooms were clean, many restaurants to choose from to walk to. However the lady that checked us in upon arrival was anything but friendly. Not a single smile, quite rude and snippy when talking to our family. She couldnt have cared less if she tried. The gentleman beside her checking in other guest was warm and friendly, wish we had him to check us in would have started our stay on the right foot. The rest of the staff was amazing,...
