"Extremely disappointed with my stay. The room had roaches, which made it feel very unsanitary and uncomfortable. Reported it to front desk was moved to another in which the toilet was clogged and clearly had not been properly checked before guests arrived. I was also frustrated to find out there was no complimentary breakfast — instead, breakfast cost $26 per person, which was overpriced for what was offered. To make matters worse, parking was an additional $20 per night. With all the extra fees and poor room conditions, this stay was not worth the money at all. I would not recommend staying here."

"Very friendly staff! The 2 ladies in the evening shift were very nice and helpful. Loved the updates of the room, but I wish they’d put more attention into some deep cleaning as they do the modern furniture or lighting. Our room smelled VERY musty! We ended up buying room spray and an air freshener for the room to try to disguise it a little (and you shouldn’t have to do that at a hotel) If we were staying longer than one night, I would’ve definitely wanted a new room. Bummed about the pool too…I can deal with the fact it’s right smack dab in the front of the hotel, it’s that it didn’t have any chairs or lounges! That’s definitely a first for me, why have a pool."

"We frequent this location as it is close to our home and love doing, staycations to get away from the norm. The inside pool and jacuzzi are always a treat and the complimentary snacks and drinks at happy hour are very enjoyable. The cook to order breakfast hits the spot as well as the breakfast selections to choose from. Having an adult drink at the in-house restaurant is very pleasant and the staff is always welcoming. We will continue to come here and enjoy everything Embassy has to offer. Clean rooms and great staff make it an easy decision."

"Air conditioning ran non stop but couldn't properly cool the room. Safe didnt work. Ice machine on 4th floor was broken. Internet and television didn't work for over 5 hours on Friday. Bar staff was completely overwhelmed on Sat night and we're unable to give good service"

"Dirty sheets , dirty sheets . This property does not change thier bed sheets . Checked in the night before . Found multiple hairs on pillow and bed sheets and roaches crawling on floor.. staff over there are rude and disrespectful, especially for one staff that looks a like a men and bald headed lady was cursing me out and threatening to shoot me with her gun and using foul language towards me . Her and her supervisor lady was cursing me out . Due to a late check out I requested upon checking in with the night clerk . He failed to note it and let the morning shift aware of it . And them two ghetto hood ladies cursing me out and making threats, repeatedly to me and kept telling me to get the fuk off the property . This place is very ghetto and very unprofessional. And upon checking I witnessed one of the house man just spraying the bed sheets and fluffing the pillow without changing any bed sheets and that was a check out room . SMH. This place is filthy and nasty and nasty ghetto staff. Stay away from this property by all means . Don’t waste your money . This place needs to be investigated for sure . All over a late check out that I requested upon checking in and night staff failed to note that . And morning staff threatened to keep my $75 dollars deposit."

"There's alot of noise from people thru out the night and I didn't feel safe the 1st hour we were there we seen 5 roachesand everything appeared to be clean but our feet kept getting very very very very dirty I'm mopped at least five times and got very very black Water result and our feet are still getting black from the floor up on further inspection under the bed neither one of the beds have been cleaned underneath in a while they're very dirty underneath when I exchange the towels with the maid cart they had four rolls of toilet paper they had about 7 Cups stacked up they had a broom that had a few spray bottles and they had towels and wash clothes they had no mop on the cart and they didn't have enough toilet paper or cups too give more than four rooms and we were like one of the first two rooms they started with"
