"The staff were very helpful with all of our requests or concerns. Breakfast was top notch. Lots of variety of food including fruit and muffins. The kids loved the pool. Was disappointed that they do not come clean the room each day. We were told once every 3 days unless we request it. So we did end up requesting. Also, not enough places to hang up used towels that they are not replacing. We ended up using the ironing board after removing the pad(that looked pretty gross) to hang things on."

"Absolutely TERRIBLE. I am not one to leave a review but this hotel. The quality of this place absolutely was the worst and we travel often. One of my guest was showering and the glass door exploded on her. Full scale broken. She had gotten hurt. Blood all over the towel and doors and instead of giving us any compensation for their quality of the door being absolutely trash. They charged us for the deposit and tried to blame it on us for breaking the door. The staff did not care about our safety...

"Love this hotel , this has been my fourth time hear , room rates afordabile and free breakfast , located in south Titusville. Excelent for visiting Kennedy Space centre . Staff freindly . Will be comeing back again. Has Iop reasteraunt which is excelent for Food ."

"This is the best motel attached to a Beef O’ Brady’s we’ve ever stayed at! Other than our air conditioner not cooling enough for our taste, it was an ok property. The front desk at check-in was nice. Our neighbor complained to the front desk about our 6 year old being too noisy at 9:30 at night, who was just hyped up after getting out of a shower. I.e.the walls are thin. It also had a weird smell but one night before a cruise at that price couldn’t be beat."

"The property was a new property clean, air conditioning was great , laundry room was great had enough machines. Staff was nice. The only problem I had encountered was the last two days of my trip there was no hot water!!!!! I did not enjoy taking a cold shower it wasn’t pleasant. Then had the nerve too charge me $7.95 for WiFi as I was checking out. Where’s the great customer service? I was expecting for the hotel to waive the fee of the WiFi for the inconvenience of not having hot water for...

"I stayed at two Holiday Inn locations in Florida this trip and neither of the showers were level. The doors wouldn’t stay open and this one was leaning so far the water puddled up on one end. There were screw holes in the walls and the bathroom walls were unfinished. The staff were great. Pleasant and helpful. The location is perfect for Busch Gardens."
