"Need remodeling "

"We stayed during the blizzard of 2026, so it may have been a harder time to keep everything clean, but the carpets on the stairs and in the hallways were very dirty, and the door to our bathroom wasn’t wiped down. Breakfast was good if you steered clear of the eggs and home fries and just stuck to the bagels and pastries. Again, that could have been a staffing issue due to the storm. Staff was vey friendly and I am thankful they had lights and heat, and the kids had a blast in the pool, just wanted to be honest with my review. "

"We booked the Hotel, called to check on the room as there was a Power outage in the area due to snow. We were told on the phone the room was ready. We arrived, went to check in. The women a reception informed us "You know we have no electricity, hot water, all facilities were closed. They were were willing to check us in, noting that there are only lights in the hallways. How about close the Hotel and halt booking? Terrible Managment."
