"Staff were very friendly on all levels. The place is just old and elevators no ac, smell funny... room was big view was excellent. We didnt love the way the balconies are stacked all close together nobody had privacy out there. Room ac only went so low and we got hot many times in the middle of the night."

"The hotel is very clean and the staff is constantly maintaining it. The continental breakfast was very good. There were cage free eggs, pork and chicken sausage, potatoes, coffee, several juices, breads including bagels, oatmeal, waffles, muffins and more. The kitchen crew does a great job of replenishing the food and keeping the dining area clean. The views from the oceanfront rooms is spectacular. The rooms are specious with kitchenettes that are well stocked with dishes, and utensils. The pool and beach area are very nice. The staff is also very accommodating and friendly. You will not be disappointed. I highly recommend this property and plan to go back again in the future."

"Although the outside areas and pool were well maintained, did have some other issues. The water faucet in the bathtub was loose, the knob for hot/cold was reversed. At check-in no one was around. They had a gray item stating to push the contact button and someone would arrive. Vending area only had a ice machine and washer/dryer, located in the parking area. No vending machines whatsoever. Hallway HVAC systems were not turned on (must be saving money). Believe family members were living on the premises. Although the refrigerator was large, a top shelf was missing (glass). Freezer area was dirty."

"Vacation was wonderful! The room was very clean and cozy. Dante sent detailed instructions that made check-in flawless. The room was small as expected, and the trundle beds were perfect for myself and my daughter. This made for a very affordable vacation! Beach access was direct! Would definitely stay again! Thank you!"
