"The room was hot- very hot when we got there. Took several hours to cool. The last night of our stay there was a car just outside the hotel with bass so loud that it was shaking the walls until 5am. I feel like the hotel should have stepped in way sooner and called the cops for a noise ordinance. Half the elevators in the hotel were down, took a very long time to travel around the hotel due to this. The ones that were running were getting stuck. I normally only stay in Hiltons- this was the least welcoming experience I’ve ever had. The hotel was hosting a wedding and felt like they were only catering to the guests that were part of the wedding, I had to call multiple times down to the front desk just to get them to answer the phone. "

"We arrived at 1am after a 12 hour delay to no hot water hotel hallway smelling of POT then our room smelled like it as well plus musty smelling. They ran out of pancakes everyday and beach/ pool towels. First day got in 1am then went to use our car and either garbage bag exploded all over the windshield or someone puked all over it. Asked for clean towels and Kleenex more than once housekeeping didn’t come. We won’t be back payed plenty and it was terrible this time."

"The oceanfront room was nice, however very dirty- floors gross, I paid for two rooms and both like this- bedding soured, went to pull a Kleenex from the box and appeared to have mouthwash poured over it and left. Just overall very unclean. "

"There was an incident on Saturday, where I was in the shower, and my friend was asleep in the bed and a hotel staff person came into our room. Unannounced never verbally announced. Their presence dropped off a microwave that we did not order and left when we talked to the assistant manager at the front desk on our way out to dinner, he seemed extremely unbothered said that if we didn’t have a do not disturb sign hanging on the door staff could come in. We didn’t think that that was very appropriate our safety and our privacy was invaded so yeah overall the stay wasn’t great. I have spoken via chat here on Hotels.com with somebody because I really don’t feel like we should be paying for stay."
