"Our six-day stay was great. Quiet neighborhood. Quick access to shops and supermarkets. Very friendly and welcoming neighbors. Very comfortable beds. For the price, you could not ask for more. We highly recommend this place."

"Bad customer service (horrible, it’s through a phone line and no one is near the hotel). . TV controller didn’t worked. Very difficult to understand how to get to the lobby. Place is not secured, any guest can lock the lobby from the inside and you will remain outside until someone comes out. I clearly hear the room outside. The fridges are shared with the whole hotel. "I was there for 8 days and they only partially cleaned the room twice. Changed sheets once, had to repeatedly ask twice have the room cleaned. No ice machines working on each floor. Pools were awesome, staff was friendly. Definitely needs to be updated but at least there were no bugs or anything."

"Ok stay. Rooms were kind of older but functional. Breakfast was the same everyday, and staff were not friendly. Housekeeping did a really good job though. Resort activities were limited and the drag racing place cost 100+ dollars to go 2 mph. No refunds provided fyi. I would not recommend this Embassy in comparison to the one in Isla Verde that one is way more lively and clean. "
