"Basic room but I needed basic for a night. Fridge and microwave were useful. Pool was out of order. Floor had a sticky spot that wasn’t from my bag. Nick was super friendly and helpful at the front desk. I would stay here again if I were coming through Rochester."

"You could live with the tired property but the beds felt like there were springs coming out of them and the pillows and sheets were terrible. Needless to say both my husband and I had a horrible night sleep. The location is great. It’s an old hotel that needs renovating badly. I would stay there again if they got new beds and bedding"

"This hotel is in need of a complete remodel and even with that they fell short having clean rooms. There was garbage in each drawer, stains on mattress and furniture and walls. Its very clear my room wasnt cleaned very well. I hope the elevators are up to code, they would shake when in use. The same girl appeared to work 48 hours straight at front desk. "The room is pretty clean, but I overheard a conversation about housekeeping and the help desk person said housekeeping was done around every three weeks or so to the person asking. But that’s for an extended stay, which is still kinda long. Also, I don’t know what they clean with, but pet smells must be hard to get out of the rooms.
