"This is a fabulous hotel. Nice, fresh, culturally relevant decor. Many services available. The staff were very friendly and efficient. I got the impression that they would find a way to do pretty much anything we wanted to try. We especially enjoyed the spa and the pool. The food was exceptional. "We had a reservation for 2 nights and when we arrive to the hotel everything was fine , the rooms were next to each other as a family trip . The restaurant servers are awful , they don’t clean the tables unless you requested even they see the table full of dirty plates . No one greet the guest ,not a single word which is awful in the hospitality industry , also we had issues with the AC the first night but didn’t complain thinking that was just an insignificant issue but 2nd night we had the...

"It was good overall. We felt comfortable. We appreciated how quiet the spa was. It was a good place to relax after a long day. The sauna wasn’t very hot though. One of our rooms had a view of the balloons from a distance. Overall we were satisfied especially since since we got a good deal. "
