"Beautiful views from the hotel. Staff was nice. It was great to have parking. For the age of the building, it is well maintained. We appreciated the breakfast. For the price, you don’t get much in Ortisei. Non refundable policy is odious, but again, seems to be common for that area."

"Absolutely beautiful hotel in an excellent location. This was part of a larger trip; so glad we decided to stay here. The customer service was very helpful; arranging several of our outings. As a guest you’re offered a discounted rate to many activities. We chose to have breakfast included and so glad we did. There were many local foods with loads of variety - from sweet treats to healthy options. The spa! What a wonderful place to unwind after a day of adventure. Thank you !!"

"The hotel is in an amazing location with majestic views. The staff was very helpful and always available to provide answers to questions and solutions to our issues. There is a shuttle service to town which is very convenient because parking is scarce in downtown . The shuttle was always available within a few minutes of requesting it. Breakfast was included in our stay. The food was fresh and delicious, the waiting staff were friendly and professional, knowledgeable. We had an amazing time and we can recommend this hotel to anyone coming to this area."

"Nice clean, comfortable room. Great location in the perfect mountain town. Staff were super friendly, breakfast was good and very convenient before our AM hikes. Appreciated they provided the local bus pass during our stay - nice touch."

"Our stay was wonderful. The property location was in walking distance to the heart of Ortisei but if you wanted to take the bus it was only meters away. The views from the balcony was just beautiful - left was a mountain peak, right was the town of Ortisei and in front of us a beautiful green landscape with some dotted homes. The bed was extremely comfortable and these views could also be seen whilst lying in the bed. Breakfast was ample with a wide variety of selections. The staff were just so friendly and helpful. They would help with organising anything you asked. 😊"
