Hotel Independent di Ortonville

"The are around the property had lots of shopping and restaurants which was great.the hotel itself was very dirty,when you walk in the carpets were filthy,yoy could see the grime on the banister of the mainstairway, well had chips of paint missing and there was animal hair throughout all the main walkways. When asked to get extra towels or toilet paper my spouse was treated very rudely. The bathroom had two different types of Lights and two light bulbs out so it was very difficult to do my makeup...

"I liked that there is a mini-kitchen. Although I didn't use the stove top, I did like that I could wash my dishes in a sink that was not in the bathroom. The best part of my stay was enjoying the views from the common area deck! Even though the lake is small, the sunset was sensational. Thank you!"

"I needed a cheap one night sleep with a pool. To save you the confusion.. it's no longer quality inn . It's Baymont.. that's should save you some worry like I had."
