"Our room was lovely, set out like an apartment with a nice terrace. The new bottles of water in the room every day was appreciated. Staff were friendly and helpful with all requests. The air conditioning was very effective and made the room a good base for a cool down from the hot weather. The decor was modern, bathroom was clean and plenty of space for toiletries etc. having access to Sky was fine, but some smart tv features to access other apps/cast would be a good update in future. "This is a nice property, that should be a luxury hotel but fails in some key aspects. The reception is very messy and looks like a cheap hotel filled with ads for other companies. Super tacky. "Well located in the center of beautiful Ortigia. Close to everything (Ortigia is small). Room was clean, bed is soft and comfortable, room is clean. Breakfast is ok. Staff is very helpful and communicative. Air conditioning works well."
