"We were encouraged by a tour guide to book a multi-star resort hotel in the Center of Siracusa. But, our research persuaded us that a boutique hotel on the Island of Ortigia was more in line with our standards and preferences. The Algila Ortigia Charme Hotel both met and exceeded our expectations. Everything, including the Center of Siracusa was within walking distance. The morning breakfast was convenient and ample. "This is a great boutique hotel in the middle of a busy little town. The location is great and the staff was extremely helpful. The room was clean and a nice continental breakfast. I would recommend this cute little Hotel if you’re planning to come here. This town is busy and loud until midnight so if you need to go to bed early, this town is active until late, then you can sleep!"

Has nice roof terrace with comfortable sofas and see view. Good elevators. Convenient location on the east wall close to the bus stop connecting with the bus terminal (#106). We hope to come back."
