"Quite possibly the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept in. It was two twin boxsprings pushed together with very flat pillows. It was like sleeping on plywood. There was alot of street noise plus the windows were very dirty. Breakfast was good. Overall, not worth the money."

Nice size and well appointed rooms with interesting local art and a quiet patio for a drink before heading to dinner but this place stands out for the absolutely amazing customer service. "The staff was lovely and the area as perfect for exploring Orvieto. The room was clean though small with little space for suitcases or sitting anywhere but the bed. On nice days, this wouldn’t be an issue but it was rainy and cold while we were there so it did feel more limited."
