"Hotel is on Allen Street which is a short cut/dragway for locals...very noisy street all night long! The other side of the hotel faces the parking lot/smoking area which can be very unpleasant if you have any reactions to cigarette smoke. TV package only carried one local network out of Burlington ..."

"Building was clean inside and out. Quiet location and guests. Staff wase helpful in letting us know of local restaurants. Parking was ample and breakfast was good. Food and dining area was clean."
