Nice, nice staff. Always helpful. Our room was clean but the public spaces needed attention. The parking lot also is in need of repairs.

Staff were great. Hotel, not as much. Safety lock was missing on door, blow dryer and outlet didn’t work, drawers broken in room. Room definitely needed some work. Breakfast was ok, not great. Ran out of hot water, coffee, etc.

The rooms were clean and fresh towels and linen was placed according to our agreement. The front desk personnel were courteous, especially Jim. My main concern would be the entry way,doors need attention and cleaned with fresh paint applied. The parking lot has a mound of asphalt in front of main entrance,due to a weather related ice storm last winter.

We only needed a place to cool down, clean up and rest after a wonderful concert experience at Ozarks Amphitheater…this facility fit those needs. Obviously it appears to be a work in progress for the better but for our needs…it was perfect!

The room smelled very musty, everything in the room felt damp. Towel racks fell if you tried to use them. The sink and tub did not drain properly. The floor had obvious water damage.

The staff were very nice. The property was clean but run down. The lobby had an intense smell of carpet cleaner but this dissipated as you left the lobby. Overall it was manageable for a one night stay in the area but I wouldn't recommend the hotel.

Typical older building and equipment. I was told they had parking for a boat that is why I went. Pretty limited space to park a boat.

The outside entrance was awful they need to fill in big holes in concrete and a big bulge of asphalt that’s just sitting there from blowing up. Juice machine didn’t work and ran out of jug of juice. Halls were dirty. Our bathroom in our handicap room smelled like pee. The place just isn’t well maintained.
