"The hot tub is STILL broken. We did not have hot water from 8pm until 10pm. Someone clogged the pool toilet where it was overflowing on our first day and it was still there the next morning. "

They were also in the tub. Disgusting!!! We had the manager call and got no where with a reasonable compromise as he told us we booked it with a third party(Expedia)."

"we reserved a room with a in room jacuzzi. the front desk gave the last and only jacuzzi room that the hotel has to the lady who checked in right before me. the hotel only has 1 jacuzzi room not 4 like the website says. they were a bit resistant to give me a lesser rate, because we got a lesser room. very disappointed in this hotel. i will not recommend or stay here again. "
