My 2nd time here. Front desk staff are very helpful and friendly. The dinning room staff seemed very tired and annoyed with guests during the time I was there. Small onsen, but nice. Still enjoyed the late night ramen and other amenities.

Sotetsu Fresa Inn Osaka Shinsaibashi
The breakfast was wonderful! We forgot we even booked it until getting there. Great location that’s close to the fun but also far enough away it’s silent at night.

Best Western Hotel Fino Osaka Shinsaibashi
Room was small but clean and updated. Nice to have the window open slighly to let in fresh air. Front desk staff were great, nice to be able to store our luggage after checkout at the hotel. Also used the luggage forwarding service from the hotel to the next and it was seamless and easy.

MIMARU Osaka Shinsaibashi East
Nice room, close to Shinsaibashi area. WiFi was a little limiting, family room was a little tight for a family of 4 (and luggage).
