"The hotel was hard to find. We could not enter the building until another person staying there let us in. We could not find the passcode to unlock the key lock box. I contacted Expedia several times and they did their best to contact the hotel owner. Took about an hour and the hotel staff finally came out and showed me how to enter the code and unlock my keybox. I realise there is a language barrier, but it was very frustrating when we were waiting in the hot lobby trying to contact someone....

"家族3人、ペット1頭で利用。設備はキレイとは言えずサイズも大きくはないが、場所と金額を勘案し寝泊まりするだけと割り切ればロケーション的には問題ない。ただし、サービス面で非常に問題があると感じた。オーナーが恐らく海外の方で日本語が堪能ではないようで、レスポンスがすこぶる悪い。まず、部屋にチェックインするための情報が送られてこない。夜9時頃宿泊施設に到着したが、部屋に入る方法についてメールや電話を何度送っても返事が来ず、Expediaのヘルプセンターに連絡してやっと通知を送ってくるという信じられない対応（謝罪一切なし）。1時間以上時間を費やしました。チェックアウト後、子供が携帯を忘れたことに気付き着払いでの発送を依頼。最終的に対応いただけたことは、評価したい。但しこのやり取りについてもこちらが知りたい情報には的確・迅速に回答してもらえず、歯がゆい思いを何度もしたところが低評価。急遽の宿泊かつペットがいたため施設が限られたためこの宿泊先を選択したが、評価の低い宿泊先はリスクがあることを痛感した。"

"Very close to Nipponboshi Subway Exit 8 so you don't have to be on the surface street when it's sunny & hot outside. 7-eleven is right across the street, Kuromon Market was steps away, so easy to travel around. Room was spacious the four of us (two adults and two teens) didn't feel cramped at all. Having a washing machine in the room allows you to pack lightly and wash at night or early morning and hang dry everything. Felt like a cozy little apartment for our two weeks stay."

"Very good location! near to railway stations and shopping street. dozen of restaurants nearby the apartment, even have few 24 hour restaurants which is too nice if you get back too late. with this price, this location i’m fully satisfy. there is a washing machine and I can have a good use of the balcony and do my own laundry, and do a simple cooking! however due to the Japanese law thing i need to send a passport copy to the owner, but the app does not let us sharing emails, made me have a hard...
