"The room and hotel were clean. The room had laundry facilities and a very small kitchenette. The main reason for the poor rating related mainly to the comfort of the room. The beds were like sleeping on the floor, not even a firm futon, but a concrete floor. The 2 seater sofa was equally as hard. The apartment style hotel had no staff onsite and communication was exceedingly difficult. it was in an exceptionally convenient area though and quiet considering the location. "
