"The location was good enough and convenient for getting around. The room was more spacious than most hotel rooms in Japan, which we really appreciated. Having a washing machine inside the room was also a great feature. Since we usually ate out, this was not an issue for us, but guests planning a longer stay and intending to cook may find the kitchen equipment quite limited. Overall, we had a good experience and would consider staying here again."

"Not anywhere near Namba and far from train stations if you have luggage. Overpriced for the location, loud trains and nothing really interesting around. We had issues with the Wi-Fi which wa important. We got in late, were unhappy with the area and feel of the building so we booked another place that night.
