They quickly worked with us to find a solution, which we really appreciated. The hot tub was actually hot (which isn’t always the case!), and we had a great, relaxing weekend overall."

"cabin was warm and cozy, especially during an ice storm. Kitchen is not as well stocked as I thought. I had to go out and buy oven mitts but overall I was able to cook us a home cooked Christmas meal."
