"Good location and very clean and new facilities. Staff were very helpful and friendly even with teething problems of this being a very newly opened hotel. Sensor lights next to the beds were a bit annoying as they kept going off even just moving the sheets or reaching for bed side table. Design and decor was a bit dark and weird but that’s more personal preference! Could also be better signage to rooms and lifts. Overall enjoyed our stay! "

"A great hotel! We stopped for the night and we were so impressed with the hotel, I wanted to stay longer but unfortunately we had a flight to catch. The rooms have recently been renovated and were just perfect, the location was an easy access to the domestic terminal. I have already recommended it it to our local friends. The harbor and surrounding area were pretty and many restaurants to choose. Check in/out were very easy. I will definitely stay again if I’m ever fortunate enough to come back"

"Nice clean room in downtown near the famous Sky Tower. The staff was friendly and there are plenty of options to eat in the area. Our only issues were not having a pull out sofa so we had to pay extra for a rollout bed and they have a pretty early checkout time of 10am so we paid to extend that by two hours. "
