"Best staff! Extremely knowledgeable, helpful, friendly. I place several calls with questions before the trip and received helpful and courteous answers. Same thing while staying. The rooms were pretty clean and very comfortable with AC and working ceiling fans that were quiet. The sheets and pillows were nice. I didn’t care for the beds. They were a bit springy for my taste. When I informed the desk staff upon check out she didn’t seem to care Also the refrigerator did not have a knob to adjust the coldness and we had to get someone to come and adjust the temperature. "I think the property needs some upkeep and updating. Things and rooms are looking very run down and not maintained. Ice machine wasn’t working on floor and toilet ran and made noise all highly and didn’t flush everytime and shower was sit y looking. Will look to stay elsewhere in the future."
