We have stayed in this hotel twice now while visiting Oshawa for a tournament. It is a clean hotel with nice amenities and professional, courteous staff.

Pickering Casino Resort Hotel
Staff was very friendly and professional. Room was amazing. Casino was great. My only comment would be that if you do not care for Asian cuisine, they’re are far fewer option in the food court areas. Other then that the place was amazing.

We had an issue with our toilet, the seat was broken. We tried to call down to the front desk but our phone was not working. Went down and waited nearly 15 minutes before anyone showed up. Hilton Garden Inn Toronto/Ajax
The staff were friendly and went out of their way to accommodate any questions or request. The restaurant is first rate. We could have lived here for a very long time. The hotel was centrally located to all our destinations and so accessible from the 401.
