Best Western Plus Durham Hotel & Conference Centre
Room had stale odour although clean. Heating blower too strong ( could not shut it off or reduce air flow) Hot water tap very slow to heat up. Staff were friendly and tried to be helpful Breakfast was exceptional and attendant was very hospitable

I called the desk and told them people were yelling and that we couldn’t sleep at 11:30pm. At 3am we were still awake and people screaming, slamming doors and being very loud. I had a young child with me.
