"Lovely hotel. I would just say avoid the rooms by the lift. They are very small and noisy vs rooms I’ve had on previous stays. Otherwise can’t fault the hotel. Great service & spotless"

"I booked a week before, the room to stay in Pune to stay on 8 - 9 May. I fully paid. Except the mail from Expedia, there was no communication from the Stay staff. The mobile number given was not working. I had to book another hotel after reaching the place. They cheated us"
