"The room was spacious and relatively clean. The fridge wasn't very clean. Also when we pulled out a sofa bed we found used tissue and food crumbs under it. The sheet on it was very old and thin and looked gross. The staff was nice and helpful when we asked for another duvet. The bathroom was big and clean. The shower worked great. Breakfast was pretty basic, nothing special. Overall it was a good stay."

There was no notice or disclosure on the website stating that the property is currently under renovation, which made the stay uncomfortable and disappointing. Clear communication about ongoing construction is important so guests can make informed decisions and properly manage their expectations before arrival."

"They had security walking propert throughout the night so we knew our vehicle was going to be ok. Located in a place that was easy to travel to where we had to go. The workout room was nice and breakfast was great."

"The breakfast buffet was good and pricing for it was fair. If you have little ones, consider a room that doesn't lead directly to the pool unless you are ok with staying up until 10pm as noise travels through the balcony doors. The waterslides were great and my 5 & 3 year old had a blast going down them. They don't lead into a pool either which frees up the parents from catching the kids at the bottom, my kids went up and down non-stop. Unfortunately, the facilities inside the pool area were out...

"The property feels dated and in need of a major renovation. For the price per night we paid, the overall experience was underwhelming and did not justify the price. The breakfast selection was average at best and certainly not a standout. In my opinion, this is a 3-star hotel rather than anything above that.
