The room was clean but mouse traps were visible on our floor (basement level). The washing machine was unavailable most of our stay, which was disappointing. The keyless entry was wonderful when it is working properly. Our initial check in was not as smooth as we would have hoped, but the helpful property management staff was able to provide us with quick answers to our questions over the phone. Overall, this is a grear place to stay in Oslo if you’re looking for an affordable place. The neighborhood was great and it had everything we needed.

I understand that it is a no-frills accommodation. But why do they have to save pennies on really inexpensive necessities, like an extra set of bedding for the third person or salt or pepper? Also, if you arrive before 3pm - you are out of luck, be prepared to wait outside with your luggage. On the other hand, the location was convenient

Front door took a while to lock; we doubt it locked properly some nights so were very concerned about safety. Listing stated that toiletries would be available and only hand soap was, not any shampoo or body wash which we had to buy ourselves. We also had to dispose of rubbish ourselves at the end of our stay. Note that there is no microwave in the kitchen section. Bed was comfortable and it was nice to have a comfortable sofa; it was a spacious apartment for 2.

Wonderful apartment!

Very nice apartment to stay in with kitchen and everything needed to cook. Good location as well very close to the bus stop and tram, but there will be no checking in early.

Great property and location, very close to 19 tram and 21 bus. Couldn't fault room, an oven or microwave oven would have been nice. Check in was a problem as something didn't click with the vander app, but 20 minutes and a phone call later it was sorted

Nice place

Very nice appartment for my business trip to Oslo. Nice historic building in a stylish neighborhood. Close to city center and Royal Castle. The appartment has a small kitchen which was nice for me to eat light breakfast (not fan of big hotel buffets). All in all perfect place for me to stay.

Very Sweet

Great spacious studio in a lovely location. Only hiccup was getting the digital key sorted as I booked last minute but it worked well once they had added my phone number - might be a problem with data feeding from Hotels.com to Vander ? The hotel has lots of character in the reception for photos etc. My studio was more modern decor but had a kitchen ( hob plus utensils, crockery, pots ) a niche dishwasher and tiny fridge plus table and chairs and a couch, not to mention two wardrobes. I would stay again.
