Hotel Essencia
This would be a 3.5 star hotel in North America (just for some context). Decent location. I dont think any hotel in Dumaguete is quiet. Good restaurant and friendly staff.

Rooms were clean I was a bit surprised by the chip board wardrobes and grey plastered walls. Staff were lovely friendly and polite. Breakfast was good but disappointed you were only allowed one drink free of charge for breakfast for example if I ordered a coffee then asked for a refill that was ...
