"The service at this hotel is great! We received free snacks and bottles of water upon checking in. Breakfast food was plentiful, and the potato was delicious. The room was a bit outdated with a musty smell, and there was no smart TV. Bathroom was clean though, but the shower could be slippery, so watch out for that. Free laundry machines were a great plus! "

"My husband and I booked this motel as a last minute spontaneous mini-trip to the bayfront of Corpus Christi. It looked like a good deal for a cute old school motel. It was okay, there were no bugs, no roaches and clean. The bed was comfortable (pillows not really but not bad either). The hot water worked great and the bathroom and tub were clean. It's an outdated, old motel with a lot of structural issues but overall it "

"We stayed at the Residence Inn Corpus Christi for a weekend fishing trip and had a great experience. The hotel was exactly as described and pictured on their website—all the amenities were spot on. Our rooms were clean and spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was impressive, and the attendant worked furiously to keep the food and coffee filled. The eating area is a bit on the small side, but the staff handled the crowd well. I did notice the workout facility...

"The hotel was in a good location. Seemed centrally located. Little things in the room that could be touched up. The staff was wonderful! The 2 ladies who oversaw the breakfast were extremely helpful and attentive! This definitely was the first time at a non-five star hotel I have ever been checked on to see if I needed anything. Everyone from reception to breakfast staff was 5-star!"

"The rooms were infested with roaches. There were zero trash cans in the room. We requested blankets and towels and did not receive them. We booked a room with a bed and a pullout couch and the room we were given had a bed and a chair. They advertise continental breakfast but the only breakfast they offer is prepackaged muffins and coffee. Seriously, I’ve had better stays at Motel 6. "

"The location is great. But the room and the overall building are very old and outdated. Room is a good size, but not clean. Stain marks on the bed skirt. Part of the building seemed to be falling apart. I am amazed that it is still operating. Won't stay again. "
