"Our room stunk like pee. they could only spray something on the carpet, it did not help. Would not let us change rooms, could only get a refund. Never again."

"The staff were professional, courteous, and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was also good and available early in the morning, which was very convenient. Overall, it was great value for the price of my stay."

"Something went wrong with the air conditioner, and I woke up in the entire room was soaking wet never touched the air conditioner. I don’t know what setting it was supposed to be on. It was the setting they put it on, but I woke up soaking wet, went downstairs ass for help. They offered me more towels to clean up all the water on the floor. That’s not really what I was looking for didn’t sleep half the night because I was soaking wet in my bed."

"This hotel should be disenfranchised. We arrived on a Friday, checked in, and went to our room. At first, it was freezing cold. Ok. We went to the beach and when we returned to our hotel later in the day, the AC was not working. It was 76 degrees. Went down to the front desk and was informed that maintenance wouldn’t be back until 8:00 am or so, the next day. Asked if we could be moved to another room and was told that all the rooms were booked. At this time, the temp in the room was at 79...

"Cleaning staff was pleasant. The rooms smelled like mold and did not smell nice. The shower curtains look as those they’re old and never get washed. The floors are not even, broken in plenty of places. Has bugs in the room. But if you’re looking for cheap, you get what you pay for here."

After checkin I went to check the room and ended up needing to have our bedsheets changed out because of crumbs and unknown dried substances crusted on the bed. It looked like after the last people left all they did was make the bed and not change the sheets. When we were leaving for the beach, something told me to check the door. "Room is clean but breakfast could be better. There is only one lady refilling breakfast all the time and she works really hard to keep up with people. She needs someone to help her."

"When we checked in Julie at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The hotel was very quiet and was in what appeared to be a good safe area with shopping and restaurants nearby. The breakfast was listed a a continental breakfast but had a full array of hot and fresh items to choose from. Overall very satisfied for a quick overnight stay. Would stay here again."

But I had a last-minute change on my side that I needed 2 beds instead of 1 king size and the staff did not have a courtesy of helping, I was willing to pay for an upgrade, but they could not help at all, the hotel was not even full at its capacity. Poor customer service because I booked the hotel through Expedia."

"What they advertise was not actually available such as pool hours, breakfast hours, and also no smart TVs. The overnight was rude, and the though the room was clean, you can tell it wasn’t stocked properly from the night before."
